PixDeer

Privacy

Your image files stay on your device.

PixDeer is designed so supported image conversions happen locally in your browser rather than on a PixDeer conversion server.

Image files

When you choose a supported image for conversion, the converter processes that file in your browser. The image itself is not uploaded to a PixDeer conversion server as part of the conversion flow.

Normal website requests

Like most websites, the hosting platform and third-party resources used to deliver the site can receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timing data. PixDeer currently loads web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may also connect to Google's font infrastructure.

Accounts and uploads

The current converter does not require an account. PixDeer does not provide cloud storage for converted images in the current product.

Changes

If analytics, accounts, cloud processing, or other data-handling features are added later, this page should be updated before those features are relied on in production.
