Some government, exam, recruitment and legacy web forms impose unusually small image limits. A 20 KB target often requires more than ordinary quality compression, especially for camera photos or scans.
This preset is designed for that stricter case: it verifies the generated file itself and can reduce dimensions proportionally when keeping the original dimensions would miss the limit.
PixDeer first searches quality settings from 40 to 95 while preserving your original dimensions. If that is not enough, it reduces dimensions proportionally and checks the generated file again before marking it ready.
